Open the Play Store from the Launcher.

Mar 24, 2020. Jan 21, 2020. On Chromebook, very few applications are actually installed on the hard drive. Instead, the applications shown in your App Launcher are more like links that open web applications in the Chrome web browser. You can view the applications on your computer in a couple different ways: Press the Search key. This opens the App Launcher.
Browse apps by category there, or use the search box to find a specific app for your Chromebook.
Chromebooks That Support Android Apps
After you’ve found an app, press the Install button on the app page.
The app will download and install to your Chromebook automatically. It will now appear in the Launcher.
